The TAT Call Center 1672 was established in August 2002 to serve as a tourist information center of Thailand.
Our service has been continually developed in line with the technological trends and responded to tourists' behavior. We attempt to adapt new innovations to the service; for example, the merging of the tourism website (www.tourismthailand.org), and Live Chat service which can help reduce the cost and distance. We have further developed the Live Chat service to be used with Mobile Applications where tourists can easily chat with our staff through their smart phone and iPad.
With our dynamic development among the digital world, the Tourism Authority of Thailand has enhanced our information service from the "TAT Call Center 1672" to become the "TAT Contact Center" with a wide range of services, as well as fast, modern and accurate information. We are dedicated in applying digital marketing strategies, and integrate on and off line services to provide multi-channel services for tourists as well as serve the best quality.
